MONTMARTRE EQUITY FUND, LLC -- Investors loan funds to the Montmartre Equity Fund and receive monthly payments at 10% interest. The Fund makes loans the developments which are secured by deeds of trust on the subject properties.

ARISTADE, LLC, OFFERING MEMORANDUM -- As a member of the LLC, investors share in the profits upon completion and receiving 7% interest accrued on original principal.
